60-Day Return Policy

At Sanvri, we want you to order with complete confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unopened, unused and sealed in its original packaging.

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Include proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

Because our products are food supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, simply contact us at info@sanvri.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return (optional)

  • Your contact details

Our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@sanvri.com. Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return procedure.
